making scg

I recently just gotten "Stormcaster Gloves Forging Manual" from gacha and I would love to make a SCG. How and where can I make 1? and is the quest for BVM still available at omega (spindle)?

thanks! last question. i've read a couple of threads commenting about a quest in omega (spindle) which gives BVM as reward. can anyone confirm that? or BVM can only be obtained through gacha?

 

Pretty sure it's the latter. I've never heard of anyone getting a BVM as a quest reward.

 

In GMS, you could get it with that quest if you had the right items (Manual, crystals, etc.). Here, it's Gachapon-only. CBD Gacha gives it.

A bit less. Maybe 450-475. They're probably going to crash a bit because NX/Gachapon Tickets are a bit more common thanks to the Red Envelopes.

 

In the future look at post dates on threads. That quest was from pre-wipe, which means it hasnt been available since fall of 2013.
