I have followed every step it seems from the trouble shooting guide but I always get the same error. C:\Program Files (x86)\MapleRoyals1024x768\MapleRoyals.exe Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. I have enabled all of the permissions within the security section in both the launcher and the folder itself. I have also added exceptions within windows defender. I actually got the game to launch this morning and leveled a magician up to lvl 20. After exiting the game and trying to relaunch I was met with this error again. I need help please.
I have fixed my issue it seems. I used to have webroot on my computer and there seemed to be lingering files on my laptop. As soon as I deleted those the problem went away.
It's a weird thing that only WebRoot will have It will still remove Royals files despite adding exclusions or being inactive Seems kinda invasive as an anti-virus
