Since update #70,I often game crash randomly.It usually happens in boss run,like HT,krex,shaolin,auf,etc.I usually open 4 clients,but only one of them will suddenly disappear without any error code. I'm using NVIDIA 1660s,but it is stable after the update of the high-resolution client in 2020. Frequent game crashes are frustrating and affect the game experience. I hope you can help me.
Can you try to copy out the Royals folder 4 times and load the client from each folder instead? It may help with the crash issue
Does this happen after you copy out the clients? This issue usually means your monitor hertz isn't at least 60
I can only set my resolution to 75 Hz, because if I set it to 60 Hz it will automatically change to 59 Hz. I have created several folders according to what you said, and the client has crashed once until today(still one of them). Please allow me to test it for a while and give you feedback.
Did you notice any avatar megaphones during the crash? Or if the bosses is doing some attacking animations?
I noticed that sometimes the screen would suddenly stop just before my client crashed. The avatar megaphones causes the screen to stop but never causes client crash.
Would recommend turning off megaphones during bossing, as avatar megaphone will cause lag, and sometimes disconnecting the player ~setting megaphones disableall ~setting megaphones enableall You may also consider running this test to see if there's anything wrong with the connection from you to Royals https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/ IP address for test: 51.68.205.179 This will show if there are any issue lies within the many 'pipes' between you and the server. Simply download that software, run it, input that IP address, and click start. Allow it to run 100 tests (which you can tell from the 'Sent' column), then take a screenshot of the program and post it here.
