IGN: Kyno Problem: my pet dragon is stuck inside cash shop inventory Details: first when i evolved the dragon it was ok, i entered the cash shop to buy new pet equip, and noticed my dragon was a baby again, came out of cash shop and my pet devolved into baby again and lost all items, then i relogged and entered cash shop still had baby dragon. I put him in cage and then transfered to cah shop inventory and it turned the evolved one i got, but i couldnt take it out cause of a error that request timed out. I saw a post with the same issue but no solution or even a response pls halp
What's the date and time (UTC) of this issue? Could you also clarify what you meant by "lost all items"? Also not sure what you mean by a post with same issue but no solution or no response
Hello thanks for the fast response, I was telling how everything happened ignore "lost items", long story short everything with the evolution was ok, the thing is i cannot take my pet out of the cash shop storage, the issue happened 16/04/2021 arround 3:00 UTC i have more screenshots when my pet supposely evolved and then it was a baby.
Have forwarded the issue of your Black Dragon Pet being stuck in Cash Shop to the Admins for confirmation
Refunded 3500 nx?! is that the solution?!?!?! I don't understand i spent, 12,000 nx in dragon pet, 17,000 nx for the dragon marbles to grow it, 3500 for the evolution stone, and my pet is still stuck in cash shop inventory, it wasnt just the evolution stone i was concerned of. I uploaded a recent screenshot
If it's possible i would like the black dragon itself back, the concern was (maybe i didn't understand), that i got refunded only 3.5k to resolve my issue, which wasnt solved.
Hello, i know admins have alot of work with the server and fixing and adding other content, but could you please give me an answer on this issue, if its too complicated I'd prefer if you give me refund of nx instead, better than having nothing for almost 3 months, the total amount i used and ask for refund is for the pet and marbles used to grow it 29,000 nx. Thats 12,000 for the pet dragon and 17,000 marbles, i will redo quest and all. Thanks in advance for your response
