Hello, players are technically allowed to use the payment information of another player to purchase RP--so long as account information is not shared. However, we do strongly discourage such practices as if any issues are to arise (automatic ban due to unauthorized chargeback, your girl running with your money, etc.) it will be much more complicated (or even impossible) for the Admins to resolve.
