Community Blacklist

If you begin such a long and exhausting discussion with me about this, thats an argument to me. You can disagree if you want to, but its not nonsense. Maybe it looks like nonsense to you, because you arent the one who is on the list and wants to be removed from it, but thats a different subject.
Lets just conclude I'll stay on the list for now, if everything is okay then I might be removed later on. But even if not, people probably understand now my presence on the list isnt relevant if there wasnt any more scamming from that point onwards.
By the way, if you dont mind me asking this question. Are all the players on the leech scam list are permanently banned? Or some have been unbanned and are currently playing and they stopped scamming.

Just tell me one thing, are the other players on the leech scam list are permanently banned? Or were they unbanned?
I heard the first offence is 14 day ban, like I had. But second offence is permanent ban. Seeing as, some of the players on the list have scammed 2 or even 3 times. How are they not permanently banned?

 

I am not staff to know who was banned and for how long. Basically some might not be banned if the person posted them on community blacklist did not also report them.

Community blacklist =/= Report Abuse (can be banned)

Also I never said they did not get banned, I said, I don't know. If they were also reported they were probably handled too.

 

I didnt stop playing just to participate on the forums, I'm still playing of course. Also I havent even read or cared about the forums much until I was banned. Dont you see I joined on the same date i was banned? Before that I rarely even read the forums.
I'm not jealous and I dont care so much, was just curious to know what happened with these players.
Can anyone help me find the players who were affected by my leech scam? I need their IGNs. I need to give them their refund/compensation.
If I dont find them I cant do anything about it.
Also I wanted to apologize to them face to face. Maybe they'd forgive me and feel better.

 

if you wrong someone, it is up to you to find them. your reputation is up to you to repair.
also, didnt you say you already repaid them? or was your reclaim to be reformed and request to be removed from the blacklist was even without repaying your debt? because until you do, its not that you had a history as a scammer, you ARE a scammer

 

He's not a scammer, he just had internet problems for a while. Didn't you read his ban appeal?

But yeah, I think the issue is not only did you scam people, you even tried to play it off in your whole ban appeal as saying you had internet issues. It wasn't until you were absolutely cornered and your lies pointed out, that you admitted to scamming.

The truth is, there's a problem with giving them the refund and compensation, because I cant remember what their IGNs were and they havent contacted me in game ever since I was unbanned.
Not only that, but no one here wants to tell me their names. Which doesnt help me find them. I really think they deserve a refund and compensation, but how can I give them that if they're not online and I dont know their names?
It might sound stupid to you, but I dont remember every single person. There were 4 players who were scammed total, so I need to find 4 names. Even if I find just 1 or 2 that would be better than finding 0 of them.

I used a few megaphones, it didnt help.
I did everything I can to look for them. Staff is not allowed to reveal names, so thats why they havent told me who they are. They can come to me even after 1 month from now, and my refund and compensation is still available. They need to look for me too.

Edit: Looking at that report again, there are 2 people you can start by refunding there.

 

I think that it's great that you are trying to do the right thing since most won't go out of their way to refund the players they have wronged after serving their ban.

A good place to start would be to reach out to the person who placed you on the blacklist @giantwang and slowly find the other buyers involved.

Hopefully, this has been somewhat of a learning experience for you not to repeat this behavior in the future.

i scammed a bunch of people and now the community wont help me find them, so its not my fault that i cant pay them back
the "crime" was yours, it is solely your responsibility to find them, no one has any obligation to help you on that.
i had an issue where i couldnt finish my leech, and i made sure that not even 10 minutes after i dc'd i already got in touch with my buyer's guild and let them know what was going on. dont blame the community on your bad decisions. its nice that you want to do right by the people you scammed, but that is your responsibility. we actually dont care if you repay or not, its not like it iwll make a big difference in the cosmic going of the server. if you want to do the right thing, you will find them and refund them. if not, its not like they would think worse of you, as they already have a solid opinion on you.

 

Honestly at this point you two are wasting your breath since it's like speaking to a brick wall he won't realize why what he's doing is counter productive

Hi @Yonatan100 I'm still waiting on my refund. My character igns are literally in the ss which you quoted. I've been online for the past few days but I have not seen/heard from you at all.
