For any voting issues, I would follow this guide to troubleshoot a potential solution. Generally, players have been able to solve voting issues by voting using incognito mode or with AdBlock disabled, voting from a different connection, or voting from a different device.

Have you followed the steps in posting a support thread in the Donations & Donator NPC section? Unfortunately Matt is the only one that can handle such issues due to security reasons, as donating requires the submission of personal information. It may unfortunately take some time for him to finish processing them, but I promise you that he does resolve every single issue. So please remain patient in the mean time, thank you!
