You don't seem to be banned based on the IGNs you have provided Are you the only person playing MapleRoyals in your household? Are you using a VPN? Have you tried to restart your router?
YES,I tried to restart my router ,but still can't log my account number. I played the MapleRoyals on different places and different computers two days ago. I'm the only person who play the MapleRoyals in my household. I don't use VPN.
Thanks for the additional information! I double-checked and you are most likely trying to connect from a banned dynamic IP that someone else with the same ISP got banned on. Please reboot your router a couple of times to reset your IP! Several times should do the trick, might take more than a couple of tries.
I still can't play. I restarted my wi-fi router 3 times up. May I give you my account number or my computer IP?
Sorry for the late reply! What needs to be done is an IP reset that can usually be done by restarting your router. If that fails, call up your ISP provider and request them to change your dynamic IP manually from their end. For further assistance please make a thread at Technical Help, Good luck!
