    Last thing you did: I'm solving the quest(sabitrama life work)

    Why do you think you got banned?: I am playing the MapleRoyals on two different computers(Not at the same time)
    Ban message when attempting to log in:This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
    What GM banned you (optional):

    Hey there, Please list all your IGNs! Before replying to this thread please restart your router and see if it resolves the issue.

    You don't seem to be banned based on the IGNs you have provided :)

    Are you the only person playing MapleRoyals in your household? Are you using a VPN? Have you tried to restart your router?

    YES,I tried to restart my router ,but still can't log my account number.

    I played the MapleRoyals on different places and different computers two days ago.

    I'm the only person who play the MapleRoyals in my household.

    I don't use VPN.

    Thanks for the additional information! I double-checked and you are most likely trying to connect from a banned dynamic IP that someone else with the same ISP got banned on.

    Please reboot your router a couple of times to reset your IP! Several times should do the trick, might take more than a couple of tries.

    I still can't play. I restarted my wi-fi router 3 times up.

    Sorry for the late reply!

    What needs to be done is an IP reset that can usually be done by restarting your router. If that fails, call up your ISP provider and request them to change your dynamic IP manually from their end.
