Hi I start playing again,but i cant login in the game ,I can log in only on the site, i dont know why ban my account,This is the new computer I bought and registering a new account is also displayed banned. i remeber all account and password but i forge my IGN i just remember Character name ALL Your Character Names: LiZhenSue Last thing you did: I don't know,maybe my last login was in 2019. Why do you think you got banned?: I don't know, maybe is my new computer problem? Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been del et ed or blocked from connection. Please check again."
Your account does not appear to be banned. Have you tried restarting your router? Are you using a VPN?
