Closed Got hacked - Asking for a rollback

    Today I recovered 3 accounts that were hacked. Two of them look kind of untouched but my main was not so lucky. iZak (lvl 169 hero) has had all his NX used up, gear missing, looks different, and its just all wrong. The hacker even threw out NX equip that I was wearing. I was wondering if its possible to get a rollback. I had not been very active in the past 6 months so if the hacker did anything it would be in that time frame, maybe to 4-6 months ago? Or if logs can identify when NX was last spent and hair styles had changed etc, to maybe a month before that?

    1. Stats of any items which you remember having
    2. Last known date you had these items
    3. Last known date you logged in and discovered your items missing
    4. Any other characters on your account that are missing items

    I've been inactive for quite a while... But here goes

    1. I had I think a 2-3 att PAC
    - I had some NX items that looked like Naruto hair and stuff
    - I had a NX seraphim weapon I think thats what it was called it was white
    - I had quite a bit of NX I am not sure how much
    - Earrings with dex (again not sure)
    - I think a 13x stonetooth ... again.. not sure -_-
    - Overall definitely a lot more items that I just cant remember right.. (boomer life)

    2. I had them like I mentioned for sure around 4-6 months ago. Im not sure when the hacker took hold of my accounts

    3. Today

    4. I had a few other chars but the items were irrelevant and I dont care about them. (Lapoopy, TakeMyHs)

    The investigations won't be completed that quickly as logs for few months may be required to be searched through
