IGN: Ganj Problem: cant access my account Details: i tried to login my account after a long time that i haven't played. it writes that the password i enter is incorrect although im sure i didnt change it and im sure i remember the one that should be correct. I bought RP in that account and put alot of effort to my characters. please dont let me lose those characters in my account.

It's not possible to give an exact estimation since the account verification really depends on the level of details you provided For example, if a player say everything unknown, won't be able to find at all If your account is ages ago like 2016~2018, may need few weeks for the Admins to dig through logs
