Closed Cannot get certain item out from cash shop(Request time out)

    Problem: Missing items, or maybe a bug
    Details: After putting this item(blue candle) into cash shop using another character in this account, I can no longer get it into inventory again (nether do I using same character), it just keeps saying request time out. Maple1833.jpg

    Update June 13th: Same issue happened again on the same type of pet for 3 times.

    Does this issue happen to other NX/RP as well?
    Or solely only that Pet

    The bugged NX issue can happen to any NX, pets or equipments

    So @Dave Deviluke Matt I have faced this issue 3 more times on the same type of pet on a different character, I think it's probably because of the update which fixed the pet equip issue? All my candles are bought very long time ago which means it's before update for sure.

    Details: Same as above but I have lost 3 pet name tags as well this time(And unrecoverable closeness since I started royals~f4)

    Can you provide more details about what you mean by losing 3 x pet name tags and also unrecoverable closeness?
    Do you mean the pet name tag will disappear upon usage, or it vanished by itself one day

    Also, please refrain from tagging the Admins as I need to consolidate the info before forwarding issues/bugs to them

    Alright sorry about that, I wanted to tag Matt because I think it's probably a bug on this item.
    Well I think you said this means that I can't get my pet back but only waiting the nx refund? that is, I need to rename my pet again and start from 0 closeness also.

    Pet's name: (default)
    Pet's closeness or level: ~100 (level 7)

    for character "Coquetture"
    Pet's name: xevil
    Pet's closeness or level: 2700~2800 (level 17 or something)

    Pet's name: akuma
    Pet's closeness or level: level 12 or 13, don't remember exact number of closeness

    Pet's name: naitomea
    Pet's closeness or level: level 12 or 13, don't remember exact number of closeness

    Have updated your request of retaining the name + closeness/level of the 4 Blue Candle(s) to the Admins

    The Admins may ask you some questions if they have confirmed there are issues with the Blue Candle(s)
    As of now, we have not yet received any reports on the Blue Candle pet from other players

    Please can you try and remove your candle pets from your cash shop inventory now? The issue should be fixed, sorry for the delay in getting round to this.
