Hello i gatched 30 tickets on NLC got 2 white scrolls 5 after i went to shrine and gatched the rest, now in my 'use' i see only one white scroll, some of my guildes says its known bug i wonder if any can help me out! thx.
Hi dave thanks for reaching out. i got later from the shrine wand 5 which i scrolled with legendary spirit but i did make sure *before* i scrolled the the V is off on "use white scroll" it might be the problem tho, didnt notice when the white scrolls actually were gone, can be bugged.
Hi Royals Staff, my first time posting here. I'm not sure if im supposed to start a thread for this as i am new, but Thank you in advanced for your time. I Recently came across a similar issue as the original poster, i got 2 white scrolls from the anniversary treasure map. And as i just went to place them in my shop for sale, they went missing. I'm not sure if i possibly threw them away by accident, or if by accident i miss priced them in my store at an earlier time and they sold. But i don't recall any of this happening. Is it possible to look into this and find out what happened to them? My IGN is HeroiX and Character level a 155 Marksman. Thank you very much. EDIT: This is the first time i've ever had a WS in my inventory and i realize they may have been used when i was scrolling. I did use Legendary spirit to scroll an item and wasn't prompted about using White scroll or not. This may have been the cause, i'm so heart broken right now. Is there any way to get them back? First time this has ever happened to me. So heart broken i may be quitting. Don't know what to do. Any help i can get is appreciated. Thank you.
There are no known issues regarding regular (non-cash items) disappearing. Considering the white scrolls are the only items that disappeared, and scrolling was done between the time of obtaining and realising they were gone, the only likely explanation is that they were accidentally consumed when scrolling. I'm sorry for your loss but there's nothing we can do to help in this situation. The only advice I would give is to to store white scrolls in storage in future to fully prevent any accidents.
Some time ago, the same thing happened to me, and without realizing it I spent 2, thank goodness I realized in time, because I had 28 WS and that because I accumulated them for a year and a lot of patience

"only likely explanation is that they were accidentally consumed when scrolling" but i did PUT the V OFF when i scrolled and did not USE the WS means its not my fault and i had 2 in my inv and suddenly got one few minutes later, its not fair "you have nothing to do" since i spent on this gatch copuon. not really the solution i thought this server admins will give me.
