Not Bug Cleric Heal can not recover 100% HP

Does anybody encounter this before?

I can not fully recover my HP after using Heal skill, event I already level up it to max.

Hello, this is not a bug--the amount of healing from Heal scales based off your Magic and sometimes does not heal you to full health despite the skill description stating 300%.

 

What you mean "based off your Magic", as you can see, my Magic is nearly full that time.

 

Your Magic stat is the combination of your Magic Attack and INT. As you level up and gear up, you should see your Heal start to provide much more healing.
