Closed hacked account

    hello, i had a long hiatuss from the game, and when i came back last week, i maade a new character (assassin) and didnt have any issues. i got my assssassin to near level 70, and figured i'd hop over to my other account to leech it, and see if its ready for leeching.
    when i came back to it it was blocked due to too many failed pin/pic attempts. i reset my pass/pic/pin and when i logged in - eveerything tradeable my account had is gone
    im talking maple shield, earrings, wand, sshoes, overall
    is there any way to see if it was hacked or if im just misremembering? because that was my leeching account bishop, and everything is gone now :(
    idk what deetails i need to givee or even if theres anything that can be done

    right now i moved gear from another acc to it
    but im pretty sure i had ele wand 6 on it with ~195 tma (bought it for 1.2b in 2018/2019) and i know for a fact i had 32 tma earrings on it.
    idk what other geaer i had, last thing i remember doing on that account was selling skele leech
    i only noticed everything iss gone today when i tried to login and saw the acc was blocked
    i dont think i played on that account since 2019 so i only have a vague idea what it had. but i know

    Could you also list the affected IGNs?
    (Meaning all of the characters where the items went missing if not only Bishop)

    only ign that seemed to be affected is bloodsicle. i only have one "main" character per account

    I also had a decent mage overall which meowzy gave me, i believe it had 37-40 tma
    And from further looks it looks like last time i had it was roughly april 2020, which is around when i quit on the corsair and bowman i attempted

    alsso from my messaging in the disc, i would say last time i logged in before quitting was 04/2020 (4/20 hehe) or somewhere in that range

    long shot, i know, but bump?
    its not TOO impatful in my case since i had some backup gear on my f/p and thanks to help from my dear friend DiscoStu i managed to land on my feet :)
    just wondering if theres any profress on the investigation <3

    yeah, no sweat, just wanted to make sure im not forgotten since it was like 2 months now since i started this thread :3
    not having my old gear isnt holding me back anymore btw, but you know, its still worth it to me at least

    The requests aren't forgotten, just that other issues such as Ban Appeals, account investigations, account recovery are all put on hold during the weeks of Admins OT-ing for the account security incident, and they kinda piled up for the Admins to clear up until recently

    Hence the investigation time was affected as well
