Is there anyone else in your house that plays MapleRoyals?

If your home networked is banned, you should not use your cellphone to get a new IP Address to bypass the ban. That is Ban Evasion.

If no one else in your household plays, there are other IGNs you own that you are not giving.

 

Your brother needs to make his own Ban Appeal. Since none of your IGNs are banned, it is an IP ban. If your brother is the only other person in your house that plays MapleRoyals, he is the cause of the ban.

 

Your brother got the IP ban and it affects your Account. You play on the same network, in the same house. An IP ban means your household cannot play for the remainder of the ban on your IP.
