Closed Have not played and got banned (Ban Appeal)

I do not know the answer to that question.
To be honest, i cant figure out how the hacker got past my pin and pic since i checked my email and i dont see any pic/pin reset.
There is no way ANYONE knew my pin or pic.
I would like to correct my older answer to "when was the last time you played".
i further checked it, and it was MORE than 2 years ago. i did not login in between.

Also, at this point i think its fair to let me know why my character is banned in the first place.

 

that is not possible and i will explain,my english level is NOWHERE near that level of the guy who wrote it,i can barely understand whats written there.
i came 2 hours after i wrote it and i saw the edited messege, please check the edit history because i might have clicked on edit+save therefore it looked like i edited it.
I would like you to please double check it if possible and i will do my best to help us prove it together.
I have not made ANY sales on this account.
I have not given anything in trades.
isnt it clear now that my account has been hacked?

 

The whole situation is so confusing, its impossible, im being framed.
But- lets put it aside for a moment.
What intereset do i have to do that? edit the entire syntax of the comment BUT not changing the literral content AT ALL.
Then blame somebody else for it.
But also, I do not know why would the hacker do that.
Please ask more questions and help me a little more to prove my ownership and my innocence.

I would like to repeat what i wrote to "Muff" about 7 months ago when i opened this thread.
the only time i have EVER played "MapleRoyals"on that account was about 4 years ago when I opened the account that has the character "ShlomixP" and immediately logged in ONCE for about 30minutes to 1hour - I have NEVER logged in again since that one time.
Then, on the 25/11/2020 i opened a new-different account named ShiomixP.

to clarify, until the date 25/11/2020 - i have NEVER EVER sold anything in "MapleRoyals", including selling items to an npc's.

therefore, I would like you to check the connections again because what you wrote is impossible.

Yes, i still want to expand on my Ban appeal and prove my innocence.
but im going to be completely honest with you, i really do not know what to say anymore.
nothing that has been said here about the account makes any sense to me and CERTAINLY was not me..
so im really trying to take my time here and think how we can resolve this, because up until now we really did not make any kind of progress on the matter.
all i learned is that someone hacked my account and made it look like it was me while i wasnt even playing MapleRoyals at the time.

one thing i've noticed that i would like you to look into and is very strange, and maybe can also indicate that it wasnt me, is that you guys are saying that the same connection was made to the account 36 times in a span of 2 months.
now i dont know if you mean by my PC or my IP address but if it is my IP address that has been detected there, there is no way that its been the same for 2 whole months because my ISP (Partner Communications Ltd.) changes my IP every few weeks and sometimes less.
im just pointing this out because nothing about what happened with my account makes sense to me.
