Closed Could not login into my accounts and also my gf's

2. Last thing you did: Leeching my own character and my girlfriend's character (under the same I.P. address as she was at my place)
   Why do you think you got banned?: Account-sharing but technically it isn't as she was at my place and we were playing on two separate devices. Her only character is StupiakMe.

i voted twice daily since I have 2 accounts that I actively play (SinfulMe and sinlessme). However, sometimes I can’t get my vote to go thru using safari so I have to change to chrome on my phone. My gf votes separately on her phone/PC as she only owns one account.

May I know what’s the issue here?

 

I don't understand at all. You're telling me I'm getting called out for "major vote abuse" and I'm given the permanent ban and not the temporary ban of 14 days? I played only 2 accounts so far and I vote faithfully everyday. I have spent money money donating to show support and you can't even give me a chance?

You have close to 2000 players online a day, but you have 6000-7000+ daily votes on Gtop100. The numbers don't tally, and you're calling me out for giving you an extra vote?

I don't even know that it's not allowed to vote using more than one account even though I had more than one device. This is absurd.

 

So what is the difference between minor and major vote abuse? Why wasn't I given a warning since I didn't know we aren't allow to vote more than once per person?
