I was in Showa Street 1, I use Ice Charge: Sword + Power Strike on an Extra B, he froze. I tried to hit him with my sword's regular attack to finish him off. But for some odd reason, my attacks goes through him, as if he doesn't exist. I made a video about this. It only seem to happen on Extra Bs. I'm only able to hit them when they defrost. I also further proved my point when I attacked a Jr Cerebes, it froze, and I killed it with no problems at all. At first, I thought it was just a minor glitch that'll go away, but it happens constantly.
I have been unable to replicate this bug with the information provided. If the issue persists, please create a new thread with further detail (the linked Youtube video doesn't/no longer works.)
Hm, I went back to Showa Street 1 to try the glitch out again, but it seems to be working as intended now. I can attack the Extra Bs even after their frozen. Thanks for replying even after all these years!

This video does a good explaining the problem and why it existed in the first place. China thought the Yakuza using squeaker toys and melee attacks holding donuts was an apt replacement to guns and swords. So gms adapted the Chinese version of showa. Basically broke the animations causing huge bugs when hit by certain attack types.
