IGN: AldrinPH , Indieka , Digong Problem: Lost items (probably account got hacked) Details: Earlier (05/20/2021) i was online around 2:00-3:00pm (+08:00 UTC) , try to find boss run , then seems no party going on , so i log off , then my guildmate said my chars logged in around 6:00pm (+08:00 UTC) , i left my character @ fm . then when i went home to logged in 8:00pm (+08:00 UTC) character it ask for my pin again and then 2 of my accounts got hack and they left in nautilus map, i don't do share account , i never give anyone my information. these are my items list , i never use teh information on other server/games , (both of my account got hacked) AldrinPH (DK main) other account is Indieka(Buccaneer) my bucc has all my int stuffs on AldrinPH -122/17 att sky ski -15 att scg -10 att fs -13 att pcg -700-800m mesos - 250k+ NX on Indieka -11 int female bathrobe -12 int red cape -12 int /20 matk single earrings -9 int mask -3 int yss - 19 int maple shield not sure about matk -19 int green banda
unfortunataely, it seems that account security is up to you to maintain dont bank on GMs helping, even though it would be amazing if we could my acc got hacked a while ago too (just as i ended my 1.5-2years hiatus from the game) and i lost god knows what on my bihop bumping in hope that you get help, as your cases is much more recent and you know exactly what you lost cheerss mate and good luck on the reubild
