I would like a clarification on this matter since i don't think that i deserve a ban because of this. The only thing i did out of my normals yesterday was sacking some guys at pietris so i'm pretty sure my ban was because of it. First, they weren't being leeched in that moment, i had mapownership and was farming there for the hp quest. Second, they weren't in the "safe spot" of the map nor even afk since they talked to me after they died. Third, i didn't continuesly sacked them nor did i sacked anybody else. I didn't even sacked and run away, i stayed there and replied what they said to me, they asked me if i had fun and i said "once in a while it doesn't hurt, but not like im surfing channels to kill people" Even after i finished my quest i talked back to them again and told them "Im sorry, but i don't regret this, it was just a sack dont take it that seriously. See you around" I would like to know what falls under "harrasment" since i think this doesn't fall into it and if it does, it should be pretty cool to have some lines about sacking in our terms and conditions as we have some clarification about mass defaming. *Deleted SS for some privacy on the reporter side since this ban appeal was already "solved"* this is the only SS i took since i didn't though i could get banned for sacking one random people on my own channel while they wasn't even being leeched nor they was afk. And to be honest, if they had ask for an apologize i would have done it, even could've refund the exp loss with my bish and that's why i just stayed there and waited to see their react but all she/he said was "Did you have fun? you have fun sacking people?" and anything else, probly to make a report.
I would be happy to explain this ban to you. Let's start with the Objectionable Behavior clause in the T&C: Objectionable Behavior - The act of insulting, threatening, or harassing other players or Staff, or engaging in speech that is vulgar, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory or derogatory on the basis of personal identity - including, but not limited to, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, and national origin - irrespective of the language used. Additionally, the act of "spamming" or "flooding" with chat or skills, or any other action that is excessively disruptive to the individuals around you, as well as transmitting any sort of content that is inappropriate, sexually explicit, or privately owned. Now, the part of this clause that pertains to what you just did and why you were banned is as follows: "...any other action that is excessively disruptive to the individuals around you..." You purposely killed two players. You purposely made those players lose exp. You didn't know if they had safety charms or not. And even if they did, you just wasted their NX. Whether it was funny or not is irrelevant. It is about the consequence of your actions. You inconvenienced both of them, because they lost exp or NX and had to revive and walk back to that map again. Your reasoning of "once in a while it doesn't hurt (sacking), but not like im surfing channels to kill people" and "Im sorry, but i don't regret this, it was just a sack dont take it that seriously. See you around" is not an excuse for what you did. It was not their place to ask YOU to apologize for what you did. And how would they know you would have refunded their lost exp? You can't just assume they thought of that in the moment. This ban is about consequence, not about "if they asked for an apology, I would have given them one" or "I only did this once, not like I'm channel surfing to kill multiple people". Once is enough. You need to realize what you did. It was harassment, for the reasons I described above. I hope this answers your questions and doubts about why this ban was given to you. Yes, bit as I stated it was my channel, I was farming in there and they wasn't afk nor in a safe spot. Not consecutive sacked, not tracked them or surfed channels to find people, not sack and run, not sacking leechers (they both were actually an hs mule and a cr mule iirc). Just used 1 slime sack and 1 octopus sack. So I can't sack in my own channel at people that left their characters in a spot where they can be reach by monster if I decide I wanna to kill a slime from my well earned sacks (which you gave away by tons last event) because it is considered harrassment? Just to be sure. Also you should just block sacks to summon on other places than town then if you are going to ban people for using them or state it on the ToC that you can't sack people even if they're not being leeched or afk.

You can't just assume they thought of that in the moment" not asking me for an apology but they could've tell me they wasn't ok with me sacking in my own channel instead of just reporting a few secs after it happened. Following that logic, you can't just assume they lost experience, you can't assume they lost a charm (since both were mules they could've everstone if it was about nx/exp lost), you can't assume they were walking there again since I had been in the channel farming for a long time and they were just haggling in the rope and since they started chatting right after the slime reached them (took a while to jump into them) I could assume they waited for it to touch them just to die and report me, right? I don't really see where this fall into harrassment and don't see what kind of "life lesson" can I get from summoning an slime. I'd like to request for another gm to review my case please. I still think that this was unfair and now I know that most people agreed with this as an unfair ban, I'm even getting private messages from people asking if it was everything that happened, if I did insulted them or something else to be banned but no, what happened is what I have put on my appeal and anything else, no word crossings more than the ones I said on my previous comment (not literally those one but pretty similar words) and that's it. Im not sure what the guy said in their appeal and I don't really care to be honest since im 100% there was no other context. If they uploaded an SS of the chat then all you've seem is what I told here in public, they couldnt have SS a second dead or an insult since that never happened. Sacked a random guy on my map that wasn't even afk, didn't asked for me to don't (I summoned one slime first and killed by mistake, then I summoned an octopus and it didn't jump, so I did another slime) instead waited for their dead to start talking to me. I'm not sure what the reporter said that happened but you can see both of my summons in my picture and if you check chat logs you'll find that no words were crossed, no insulting, not consecutive actions or massive disturbing took place in there. Thanks you in advance and if another gm also think that I do deserve this ban then please do something with the terms and conditions about this. I'm sorry if I can sound a bit rude, but im kinda disgusted with all this situation.
Hello, after much deliberation and a lengthy discussion and vote amongst staff members we have decided to revert this ban early. We recognize that the Terms & Conditions do not formally address using Monster Summoning Sacks against other players as bannable or not and we will be working to clarify this in the future. However, as with many other Objectionable Behavior infractions and rulings, there will always be room for interpretation by Staff members on what does and does not constitute Objectionable Behavior and we ask that all players try to remain friendly and to keep their actions in line with how they wish to be treated by others.
And that's what i do, i don't mind being sacked unless im buying leech since that's what people uses sacks for and you are the ones that give us sacks by tons on events. Thanks though for taking the time to discuss this and reply, wish you a good day.
