    Why do you think you got banned?:
    - Not really sure. Was looking around forums and saw that this was also a common reason for seeing this message so figured I should attempt to see if I am banned because I honestly have no idea. I did play this game for like a couple hours maybe a couple of years ago and it could be related to then, but I honestly don't know. I have 0 idea what the old account IGNs/info are as well.

    The IGN you provided isn't banned. However, since you did mention that you played this game a few years back, the ban might be related to your old account. Do you remember anything about your old account?

    Not at all, I can't really recollect on any IGNs or information. I'm assuming I was a low level because I do recall only playing for a couple of hours.

    you have 7 MAC addresses active on your device for some reason, one of which is stopping you from logging in so you should check your settings and deactivate the MAC address 00-00-00-00-00-00 in order to connect

    If I am being completely honest, I don't exactly know why that is, or how to deactivate said address.

    NordVPN recent updates included a fake MAC address, which is the 00-00-00-00-00-00 mentioned by Tim

    You would have to uninstall the NordVPN to login Royals
    You may wish to contact Nord customer service for further assistance regarding the MAC address

    Its not Nord but it is a VPN, I'll try and see if that works.
