Solved [Solution Given] VPN connection issue

    About 4 months ago I have been using Express VPN to avoid regional disconnection and laginess without encountering any issue. However today I found I couldnt login when using ExpressVPN anymore. I dc instantly after choosing character. Has anything change in the settings ? Can the server owner give some input ?

    Error message : You have been disconnected from the login server.

    If ExpressVPN added a fake MAC address, you won't be able to login anymore

    Are you able to login if disabled the VPN process?

    Hi yes I can login without VPN but with massive lags and frequent dc

    You may wish to contact ExpressVPN on whether their recent updates added an invalid MAC address
    And if there are any ways to disable that

    VPN only mask IP and is unable to alter MAC address < or so i have been told by their technical support. IS anyone else having the same issue ? I need to connect through VPN when i play from campus

    Some VPNs actually do alter the MAC address, which Staff is aware of

    Has ExpressVPN confirmed that they do not alter the MAC address in any way?
