Dear GM's.. or whoever is in charge.. I have faced this problem for 2 days straight. I didn't vote for the day and it shows that I have voted. I haven't able to receive my NX and I would like to solve this problem asap.. Your help would be much appreciated.

Have forwarded your info to the Admins for verification If Admins confirmed that the NX wasn't reflected correctly, they will provide a refund of the missing NX for successful votes
Alright, thank you so much! But here is the catch, I haven't even get to vote through GTOP100 because of MapleRoyals website don't allow me. (from what I understand, you have to go through GTOP100 to get NX)
I understand that But the Royals cooldown message only displays when the vote of the day is successful I have also tried voting myself and didn't encounter any issues
