i spent week listening to every single song by Aimer and here is a top ten list of question science can not answer.

1. Ref:rain
what beautiful song. i can not stop thinking about it. many cool reverb percussion thing in beginning make me think of many sad times in my life. then the main comes in and it is like the small rain turned into downpour and let all my emotions out.

2. Dareka Umiwo
i watched the anime this one came from(zankyou no terror/resonance of terror) so this song tickle me hard too. No spoilies but watch anime too if u want song to hurt a lot.

3. Through My Blood(AM)
wowza very more upbeat than previous songs. i think this one have anime too but have not watched. idc this song pops very good pump up song and maybe workout too(lift 20 more kg easy).

4. Akane Sasu
makes you think of that innocent time in spring of your youth when you could look past everything and see the beauty in life. Walking on a beautiful path laughing with your best friend. Still sad. Why aimer songs so sad? song builds up to feeling like you are letting that friend go. People are only in your life for seasons I guess.

5. Ninelie
very powerful starts quiet with a gradual buildup. a bit of a ballad(maybe? idk music term) with an arp in bkgd and heavy resounding drums driving this song forward.

6. Words
this song is ouch. Opening lyrics means: "I love you. Those are such meaningless words." Also powerful vocals to back these ouch lyrics. Nice vocal tremolo sometimes, Aimer always so clean with these in my opinion.

7. One
This should be the song of the Tokyo Olympic Games.

8. marie
just 5 minutes and 5 seconds of Aimer flexing on us w/ her angelic god given voice.

9. grace note
very much sounds like an "end credits" song to me not too dynamic but makes me uwu

10. insane dream
i always love vocal processing and using the voice as a separate instrument along with the main vocals. an example is all the vocal samples mr kanye used in many of his older songs. and also this song sound Dirty with capital D. like Aimer voice just Beyblade letting it RIP.


Disclaimer: "WTF U DID NOT INCLUDE SPARK AGAIN AND BRAVE SHINE U NOB" yes i know many people know those I personally did like those songs but they did not stand out to me a
compared to these songs and after like 5x listens it does get a bit tiring. So please understand this list is my personal opinion please do not cancel me over my Aimer top 10 list. Trust me it was very hard like choosing between my own babies.

Personally I prefer this one. The blend between Jpop and middle east flavour just feels so refreshing to me.
