Hi gm dasha, may i seek your understanding that all three are different accounts and belong to my two younger brothers and i. I have applied whitelist before but i receive no replies and all three of us are wanting to vote cus we each want our own progress in the game. This is our first time making this mistake may i ask for your permission to play the game again. You can wipe out all the existing voting a cash in our accounts and in the future we will definitely not commit the mistake again and apply for whitelist. We have put in a lot of our time grinding the game for our progress, hope you can be forgiving and give us a last chance, thank you
Yes, you applied to the whitelist but sadly didn't completed the application process. You and your brother have been instructed to follow up on your application roughly 2 months ago but neither of you did, therefore your application couldn't have been accepted due to the missing required information. Unfortunately, the fact that you have been aware of the whitelist means that you are up to date with our voting rules and should have seen the process through the end if you wished for both of you to vote in the same household. Your ban will remain permanent.
Like i mention i waited for the whitelist for quite sometime but had no reply thats why i decided to not wait anymore. can i ask to get the maximum amount of ban days instead of permanent, because it is really my first offense. thank you

Hi gm i think its extremely u fair to me that all three of us got perm ban as initially we tried to apply whitelist but like i said receive no help at the start and my brother insist on voting on his phone by himself. Its unfair for me that i dont get to vote if he doesnt want to take turns to vote. You can ban his account why would u ban all of us
