Not Bug Unable to do Reuel's Elixir of Life quest when reaching LV.120

As titled, after I finally reached lv.120, no quest light bulb appeared above my head,

and when I reached Reuel, no light bulb above his head either.

Am I missing something here? (It's my first time posting so if there's anything inappropriate please let me know, thank you.)

 

Try making your 4th job advance and check again if that works since job advance gives you like 1k hp

I was thinking about the same thing, but all the guides and update notes on this quest did not explicitly mention advancing to 4th job is a requirement(or mabey it was implied?)
and I don't want to accidentally waste that 1k hp through advancing job(I'll get closer to hp threshold, thus reducing the number of quests without the daily cap).

So I posted this thread to check if this is a bug or intended so.

 

pretty sure the 1k job adv hp is accounted for in that unlimited quest threshold. You might want to note that this quest has no hp limit cross that threshold, meaning you can still do until 30k anyway, just that it would take a couple years or so.
