It depends on how much HP the trash mobs have. It might be meme strat, it might not be meme strat.

I still don't think F/P and I/L will have much of a role, but it's interesting to think about.

 

fyi ice demon can kill shao clones in ~30s with bm spamming inferno n nl using tt

 

Not sure if I'll be holding my breath based on how everything in nt / auf was made immune to freeze and poison

 

I'm more impressed that anybody with a I/L archmage bothered to do Shao prequests.

 

i dont see why they shldnt? AM can kill the monks faster than bs so it rly helps if u hv a lot of chars tat u wanna do shao on e.g. buff mules/new atker. the exp from doing the prequest is also rly quite good

 

True, that's fair. So you're telling me Archmages can technically have a role in bosses?

 

pretty sure its been known tat u can use poison on the clones since shao was released tho?

It doesn’t have a long lasting freeze, mobs will freeze if you’re spamming fire demon

 

in that case ice demon shld b the same then. i dun spam ice demon cos i nid fire arrows too (rip arrowless bm)

 

Archmages do exell at farming. Therefore there are currently no plans to buff their single target dps.

A nerf to their farming for a buff to their single target DPS is something prolly nobody wants.
