Please post here if having trouble connecting to channels

    We are aware of some users not being able to connect to channels in game. This seems to be affecting a subset of players, and we would like to narrow down who is being affected to see if we can diagnose the issue.

    If you are having trouble connecting to channels, please can you reply to this thread with the Country that you are playing from.

    Additionally, if you have access to a VPN, does using a VPN help solve the issue for you?

    Edit (08/08/21):
    We have sent a huge support ticket response to our host today containing all the information they need to look into the problem. Thank you to everyone that responded to my PM's and provided MTR traceroutes, unfortunately I'm not able to respond to everyone.

    We are now waiting for them to look into it and hopefully fix the issue.

    I've tried VPN through different US locations, France, Germany, Spain, and Slovenia, all of which result in the game saying (1) my account is banned or (2) instantly closes the game upon trying to enter game.

    Edit: Add Hungary to the list. Instantly closes the game and says "Can't connect. Try again later."
