My 29 TMA (11/18) is worth ~1.3 and the last shield I'm aware of better than that selling was chill0ut's 34 TMA (12/22 for max meso iirc) which would put an 11/20 in the 1.6-1.7 range.

That's assuming it's a maple shield - if it's a maple magician shield (the lv 64 kind) it's worth less than that because it cant be used for HP washing and its easier to scroll in the first place.
