IGN: Tobacco Issue: Missing RP Items Details: Previously purchased a Cat Hood and a Bat Costume Sweater since i purchased more RP i've been unable to find it? I've checked all characters on my account but unable to locate? I've attached a photo of the last time i had one of the items equipped Please assist Thanks in advance
Do you roughly remember the last date of holding those RP items? You also checked your Cash Shop storage?
Can confirm i've checked CS Storage as well as the 3 other characters on my account - the image provided was taken Thursday 08/07/2021 - 23:13pm (BST) - I Purchased additional RP on the 15th July so between then and 20th July
For the missing Cat Hood, can you confirm the style/color? As there are a few 'Cat Hood' in the Cash Shop Will be forwarding your situation to the Admins once confirmed the missing RP items
