?

Would you like the option of having a 'vault' npc for untradable chairs?

  3. I don't care about chairs, and don't feel like this should be in the game.

    Hey guys!
So I think this is something that many may suffer from, but haven't been talked about much? (I tried searching but couldn't find anything really related)

So, The chair gachapon is a server-wide event that happened 5 times already, and as far as I see most of the users participate it.
Its a great money-sink to the server, and add another layer of gambling, rarity finds for collections and fun!

However, there's one issue that comes up with it.
There's 96 slots in the set-up tab in inventory, and almost double that the amount of chairs ingame.
Whoever is a collector, or has the wealth to play the chair gach is probably in a bit of an issue with the set-up tab, since its can get full quite easily.

This also causes an issue since almost any event maple-royals has, include prized\items that are being stored into the set-up tab, therefore a constant need for moving\shifting chairs from main to mules just to be able to participate.

The current issue, is that there's absolutly NOTHING to do with un-tradable chairs besides throwing them, and for those who collect, its just impossible to keep collection after one point since there's double the amount you can store.
And well, why would any1 would like to just throw away chairs they paid good money for?

My feedback is, hoping that there could be a solution to storing all the un-tradable chairs that occupy SO MUCH space in our main characters.
    Options:
    1. Being able to store them in the cash shop inventory (not the 'cash' tab in inventory, but the actual cash shop), just like the Donator chairs.
    2. Being able to store the untradable chairs in the storage keeper --> most players usually use different account mules for obvious purposes, and don't have more then 1 char on the same account, thus storing the untradable chairs in the storage keeper wont provide a channel to passing them from one character to another anyway.
    3. Creating a dedicated NPC for storing untradables, just as a 'vault' of some sort. It doesn't even have to be in every major city. it can be in 'the lounge' , 'fm' or at Ludi at the chair gacha house, or the one right near him.

This will enable us to not only enjoy the chairs the game offer, but to keep on collecting and participating in events without a hassle at all.

I know this isn't a top priority, but since the chair gacha is an event that occurs consistently, I feel like there should be some consideration put into this issue.

Also, I remember at the last chair gach event I saw one of the staff members saying they are open to suggestions regarding this, so hopefully this is something that wont be much of an issue to do.

Thanks for reading, and hopefully ill be able to get the community and staff support on this!

In the picture, a sad collector without the possibility to keep on collecting his favorites. (and this doesn't even include the donator chairs I have stored in cashshop)

I think this is the most feasible solution, and I have seen this done on other servers. This would immensely expand on the functionality of a collector's Set-up tab for server events where the ETC is stored. There is also a push to reclassify some items so that they move from Etc to Set-up (here), which if implemented would increase the demand for your suggestion. The only issue I see is possible duplication exploits and this would probably need to be heavily tested to prevent such exploits.
