Closed ID Deleted/Blocked from Connection

Hello, I am a returning player who played this server a while ago and decided to play this game again.
I tried logging back into the server but the message in the title of this post pops up.
I have retrieved my account on the website but it appears "in-game" it doesn't work.

IGN: Soiree [I think.. can't remember]

The character Soiree was flagged prior to the new source for damage hacking, that might be the reason why you are unable to connect.

Hm.. that shouldn't be the case.
I don't ever recall using any damage hacks since the last time I played, which was back in 2015.
If I am able to retrieve this account back, it would be greatly appreciated!
