I think my previous post was wrong, I think its the username that I can't seem to remember. I use a universal password but because I haven't played since July , 2014 I don't know if I'm inputting my password to the right username. If there is anyway we can recover it I would appreciate it. I have proof through screen shots of the characters I have on the account, hopefully that helps :S If its too much of a hassle to recover it ill just start over but theres some assets i'd like to get back if anything. I can only imagine it's still possible. I am no member of staff here, but to my logic it should be possible if you provide the same information as here: Except that instead of providing your username, you make a hash of your current password* and provide that. Just remember don't post your info on the forums. PM them to a staff member. * Just keep this information on tab, we will have to wait for John to get back to you. But having it ready could be faster.
