I would require a full screenshot of the client window while you are in the Cash Shop before forwarding your matter to the Admins

 

Have forwarded your situation to the Admins for investigation

The crashing upon mousing over the 'invisible' cash item is likely caused by a bugged NX/RP item

 

The case isn't neglected or missed out, is just waiting for fix

 

I believe this issue was fixed a while ago, could you check and let us know if you are still disconnecting?
