    I have this problem where the client keeps crashing on me several times when i'm at the event map, i had the same problem with the snowman event, but with this event wow i crash so much it's almost unplayable. It displays no error message, just crashes.

    * Files are up to date
    * I use Windows 8.1

    I'm getting instant crashes with an "unknown problem" error (-2147something error number; it's the common one. I'll get the exact number next time.) on my mac client, but my Parallels client runs just fine, with only a little bit of lag at the peak of attacks. They're using the same files, so I must be up to date. It's not a GFX related issue like the crashes at zak and during snowman were. The client isn't just closing itself, and I'm not even able to display the amoria map for a single frame.

    im on windows 8.1 haven't changed anything since i downloaded and it works fine other than the occasional dc from how packed it is in amoria and also the fact that i gotta launch the gsme 283282872 times before it works other than that, everything seems fine to me.

    Seems like @Genre might be right with the windows 98 bossing problems.
    Guess i have to go back :( to 10 time trials.

    I will try some other option to see if anything helps.

    So flat out boots you out if you're anywhere on the map? For me it just freezes up if I'm near. It seems to be a client limit though of how much it can process (coming in realtime) per second of client cpu/gpu bandwidth. Maybe it's a fixed percentage of cpu/gpu it uses, which would explain why it seems limited, and would explain why people with stronger hardware wouldn't lag.

    Anyone with a powerful GPU that does not have lag at large events?

    I have a powerful GPU and do not lag at all. It just closes my game. Sometimes one client at a time, sometimes both at the same time. Occasionally I get a C++ error message.
