Buccaneer's slight forward movement while attacking

To all the Buccaneers out there.

1) Have you noticed when you use barrage your character will very slowly creep forward?

2) if so, is this something that existed in official versions of Maplestory?

To me, this is a minor annoyance in select situations where you have to reposition once every few attacks to avoid bumping into a monster or falling off a platform. I know every class has their own challenges, so I'm definitely not trying to compare buccaneers to other classes' need to reposition.

and yes that existed in official versions of Maplestory .

 

It's quite useful actually, for example in cwk it helps you avoid getting stunned

 

That's true! I should probably be using barrage+ds more often instead of snatch+ds there.

 

It's best to use snatch+ds when you have the bubble (I think it got more DPS), but without the bubble use barrage+ds to avoid the stuns

 

In the mage in cwk it kinda hard not to fall tho, but if the mage has guard u will not go forward

 

I’ve gotten into the habit of backing up between every few animations. It doesn’t take that much time plus it’s more interesting than holding the button.
