IGN: DannyQ Problem: Storage Account was hacked, everything valuable is missing Details: Guys please don't delete this thread again, its not enough that I got hacked now I'm being ignored by admins, please, this is so irresponsible, I trusted you guys and spent all this time on Royals and didn't share my ID/password/pin/pic with *nobody* now my main storage account was hacked, 2 years of gacha and collecting stuff gone, including a lot of valuable scrolls and equips such as my scrolled king scent and more, please help me, I logged on in Ariant which I never went to and all those scrolls and equips missing, I was strictly putting all the valuable scrolls there to do a big sale one day, I would estimate around 10-20b if not more, now I'm just ignored with no help when I wasn't responsible for being hacked, and very much not motivated to play anymore, this is really frustrating, also the fact that I put my heart in the previous thread providing you with all the specific details and it was just closed . Props to the hacker for leaving me with weapon att 60% 70% scrolls, thank you. (My inventory was full of scrolls..) Previous Thread: Spoiler IGN: DannyQ Problem: Everything valuable is missing, all the valuable equips (king scent etc etc), and most importantly years of collecting valuable scrolls, MA, WA, INT and anything you can think of, I was always doing shrine gacha and storing all the scrolls on this character Details: Last time I logged on was a couple of months ago when I had all of my stuff maybe even less but you can clearly tell when it was since almost all of my USE tab was gone, also if you want a specific date my account was robbed (assuming it is possible to do so) you check when my king scent was unequipped/when my character appeared in Ariant thats when it happened for sure, I was barely moving or doing something with that account for the last year or so except for transfer scrolls to it in FM. I was having trouble logging in because any PIN I was entering was wrong, at first I thought it was me who's at fault but after resetting my PIN with Tim, I logged on and my character suddenly appeared in *Ariant*, which I never went to - for sure, and more than half of my scrolls were gone and all my valuable equips which I don't remember exactly but one of them was the king scent I had equipped, and for the scrolls, I'm talking years of gacha and collecting them, in the amounts of 50-90 overall for INT just to give you a small example for perspective, had a bunch of every kind of valuable scroll, weapons 30% for att, shield MA/WA etc.. and just everything gone....
