Not a registered ID/password incorrect/email username already in use

    I am having issues with logging in to my account (in game and on the home website). I have not played Royals since late 2013/early 2014 so I am not sure if there was a wipe or not since then but I will explain my situation anyway.

    When I try to log in to the game, I receive a "Not a registered ID" error. When I try to log in to the home website, it says my password/username is incorrect but I am 100% sure they are right. I tried using multiple passwords/username combos that I normally use and they all resulted in the same errors.

    So I thought, maybe my account just got wiped since it's been a while, and I tried to create a new account. I first tried creating an account with the same username and email and it said "This username/email is already in use." So, I tried again using a new username and keeping the same email but I got the same error. (I don't want to try making an account with a new username and new email just yet until I figure this out)

    Now for a couple of questions:
    Since my email seems to be in use, does my account still exist and is there any way I can access it?
    If my account doesn't exist anymore, is there anyway I can make a new account with the same email?

    Anyway, I'm glad to be back and hopefully will be able to work this out soon. I was kinda surprised I could still log in to the forums haha!
