Closed Receive my Dragon Stone / Egg

    Problem: Didnt get Dragon Stone inside the nest map

    Details:

    i had a bug / glitch inside the map where you receive a dragon stone for the egg you bring inside. the npc didnt appear and i tried to hit the egg, but nothing happened.
    someone from staff Joong told me to report it and get refunded. here's the thread about it.

    okay. by the way, why is this taking so long? i thought a GM would have come here by now and send me the item to my character. even Joong confirmed i can be refunded.
    well, you see... i was on the last part of the quest basically. i already started the quest from Raul, after i was at Kumo. the issue occurred inside the map itself, where you are supposed to get the dragon stone to scroll the pendant with, of course.
    so, after i entered the map you are supposed to hit the egg, so the dragon baby hatches out of it, the NPC i mean. but what happened is, basically, i just kept attacking the egg but nothing happens.
    this issue happened at the last part of the quest itself.
    anyways, even if i would have stayed in the map, there was a 5 min time limit inside the map. and i left the map after 3 minutes of trying to hit the egg to make the dragon appear / come out, but nothing happened.
    this is exactly what happened. i just want my dragon stone back. this isnt something that was my fault, as i did everything exactly how i should have done.
    can you please check which GM or Admin can please send me a dragon stone?
    if they can send it to my inventory directly, i think that's good enough, but i can meet up in game if that is needed.

    Usually I am the one monitor the Character Issues thread and forward them to the Admin for verification

    And once the Admin have verified the situation, a refund can be provided by a GM or Admin

    If you prefer a GM to handle this thread, I can forward it to the GMs

    Also, do you have the Hero's Mark quest active?
    If so, please attach a screenshot of the quest being active on your character

    yes, forward so they can send me the egg / stone.
    however if they send the egg again, the same issue might happen again. so its probably better if they send a stone, not egg. the stone is what you use on the pendant.
    i took ss of the quest now, here it is.
    its called The Missing Hero by the way, not Hero's Mark.
