Actually this issue is still from the end of easter event, i was just away for 3 months. Oversized beret (purple)
Sorry about that! This has been forwarded to an Admin to investigate and replace your bugged Oversized Beret (Purple). In the mean time, please place the item in your Cash Shop storage in which the item should disappear.
