After all the NX items and Chairs are added that people want, Ill be adding royal hairs/faces if people want them.

It's an Effect, and its name is Return of Angel. I don't know in which version it was added, but I know that it's available in the v83 CS.

 

Could you get me the GMS id? I know for a fact it is in GMS because i have it on my main in bera.
