I have heard from some people that Neo Tokyo is different on this server. They said it has higher level monsters and you can train there for endgame? I have been asking around to get advice, but I usually rely on hidden street for this stuff. I am wondering if I should strive to unlock it for grinding or if ToT and bigfoot are still my best options.

I am a paladin, so the question is are there any monsters to train on in Tokyo that are weak to holy. fire, ice, or lightning? And that are higher level then the chief oblivion guardians in ToT?

The one implemented in this server is Neo Tokyo, wich as far as i know was always an end game content, the one we haved in GMS was called "Neo City" wich was low lvl content, so you can get reliable info if you look for KMS neo tokyo instead of neo city...also most mobs(and bosses) are lightining weak, but you can always try every element to find out....

Please read the launch post here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/neo-tokyo.146812/
The content is somewhat faithful to the original version. We removed some debuffs from the mobs, so that training in the area was less painful. We remodelled the maps, and added some new maps for grinding. The mobs and bosses have had their stats slightly altered to improve the sense of progression, and have had their drop tables fully fleshed out. The final bosses (Royal Guard, Core Blaze and Auf Haven) have been merged into a single PQ / Expedition. Finally the required level and the rewards for the quests have been altered to, again, create a better sense of progression.

yes i spent many hours trying to look it up. My only question is are there monsters to grind on higher level than chief oblivion guardain in ToT? I want to find mobs lv 130+ weak to an element that I can grind on. That post makes no sense to me because I am a noob.

If you don't know answer I don't understand.. but plz dont ask me to search myself. I have spent 10 + hours reading all sorts of guides and not fond what i'm looking for. I literally only want to know one thing: are there lvl 130 + mobs I can grind on weak to elements there?

Yes, there are. From what I can tell in my monster book, Overlords (Lvl 137), Maverick A (Lvl 141), Maverick Y (Lvl 143) and Eruwaters (Lvl 145) are vulnerable to Electricity attribute attacks (+50%) with resistance to pretty much everything else. I don't have any other cards, but I would guess it'd probably be the same for others (like Relmy told you above.) Afterlords are probably the lowest level mobs (the first you encounter along with Overlords) at lvl 135.

I have a thread that never really gained traction, you can check it out here: Modern Percent/Hour Thread. There I tested one of the Neo Tokyo maps I believed to be the best for grinding, but didn't really like the results. Perhaps you can do some testing of your own to find out. In the thread I linked, there is another link to an older thread with more exp per hour information for certain maps, though I'm not sure how accurate those numbers are.

Everything is weak to lightning there. For grinding, not boss.
