    Is there a reason why you want this thread to be locked?

    Other players can still provide their inputs on how they feel about the original changes or the upcoming changes as the Staff do read the replies in this thread

    I currently do not see a need to lock this thread immediately

    Would any new constructive comments help in the devs' reverting of the skill?

    If so then I do not mind keeping it open but for the past month or so all the comments are either-:
    1) Agreeing with revert and keeping arrow buff
    2) Bad attempts of borderline roasting my and many others' desire to not hold arrows, which is just bad taste imo

    I took the liberty of reading through the thread replies from the start to end again just to make sure I was not missing anything. I have not seen any feedback for the past month which did not somewhat align with what I suggested in OP.

    Unless this revert will take another 3-4 months and in that period have someone who thinks radically different from min-max and casual players, I doubt keeping this thread open would be of any beneficial use.

    If you feel there are comments harassing you, you may report the comments so that Sen and I can review it

    Opinions from other players such as suggesting to bring arrows are not considered as roasting to me
    - You have your right of wanting the original design of no arrows needed
    - They have the right of wanting the Soul Arrow with a bonus attack from arrows

    As mentioned previously, won't be locking this thread as players can still provide Feedback on the Soul Arrow changes
    If there is any harassment content, please report the relevant posts

    I do not feel harassed.

    If I did I would have made a report instead of publicly replying on this thread.

    The issue is not regarding other players' opinions.

    The issue is that the opinions are one in the same from a month ago till now.

    Since this feedback thread has not produced anything constructive since, and that the revert has been confirmed and pending, there is no need for the thread to remain open.

    Hope this clarifies your misunderstanding

    Just to be clear, my OP advocated for a middle ground between having the skill SA consume no arrows whilst keeping the buff given in the patch.

    Your reply seems to suggest that I am against the buff for archers.

    My OP gave several different viable options which kept the skill pre-bb whilst keeping the buff.

    I am not against a buff to Archers. I am against it happening at the expense of our QOL. Theres a huge difference.

    I have no idea why you feel that I am suggesting you are against the buff for archers but I do not intend to complicate this thread by giving a wordy explanation or breakdown, hence I will not be commenting any further about the Soul Arrow changes

    Its because you contrasted my right to have the skill as it was before with their right to want the arrow buff, making it seem as though they are exclusive and that I did not want others to have the buff.

    Thats fine it could have just been worded weirdly and may not have been your intention.

    Kindly move the thread to Accepted section as soon as the changes are made live.

    Is it possible to have the best of both worlds where if there is no arrows, soul arrow will not consume any arrows and function as previously?

    lol did anyone else watch that and immediately think of this video?

    from my maple investigations and this video's absolute chad-ness, hurricane is "modern archery" and Jump Hurricane is "historical archery" which is a lost art of archery.
    Let's add a quest to enable "Jump Hurricane" by "learning historical archery" and just make it the most annoyingly long questline ever in Maplestory history. Then once you master the historical arts of archery, you get your jump hurricane. now that's what i call "Archer Identity"
