IGN: MegaBumbo (In-Game) Item: Blue Candle Pet Time/Date: 11am est, 9/26 Error/Glitch: So, I recently decided to put in my old pet into my cash shop inventory, to transfer to another character. However, when i logged into another character (or my main at this point). The item turned into a blank spot, This shows on both characters. Whenever I go to point my cursor on that invisible item, the game crashes and exits. No error code whatsoever. Screenshot: Thanks! -ZachoZeon

While the issue is under investigation, please do try a clean reinstall of the game as this issue could be caused by corrupted game files Uninstall > restart PC > reinstall
Hey Dave, Just did a complete reinstall as of 2:54pm est, today 9/27, still has the same issue. Also, this does happen with my alt UndedPoptart as well. It just this cursed spot in my nx inventory, spooky stuff. lol (btw, Thx Sen)
If so, the pet is likely corrupted and would require an Admin to fix it Should there be any progress on the matter, the Admin will update here

Apologies for hijacking this thread, I have a similar 'blank spot' issue that DCs me whenever i hover my mouse over it. I reinstalled, restarted my PC but the blank spot is still there. I can't remember if it was a pet that caused the issue since it has been there for quite some time.
Pending for Admin's investigation, I am unable to give an estimation as server checks are held when the Devs are ready to do so
