Closed PIN Reset won't send to email but it's the correct email?

    Hello,

    It's been a while since I have played MapleRoyals and for the life of me, I know the username and password but cannot get the PIN. I tried to reset it but it doesn't go to my email at all even though it's the same email as this forum account.

    I first joined back around July 2016, and have logged in at one point in 2019. My character username is CuckingFunt and I think I have another character called ChunkyAnaI on there as well. Please let me know what additional information is required.

    The email address is case sensitive, did you enter it correctly?

    Yes I have, I tried again with all methods of capital letters and it still won't send

    The Admins probably need more time since you joined around 2016
    I will prompt the Admins about it if you did not get a reply after a month of the submission

    Note: Please also don't bump the manual request as the Admins handle the requests based on date+timing
    Some players missed out on the timeframe due to excessive bumps within days
