If it is your browser that is not allowing the download, you'll have to be specific about what browser you're using.

 

I did everything it said for windows 10 and the virus protection now it says app can’t run on this pc to find a version for your pc, check with software publisher

 

Also using Firefox

 

I had to factory reset it, could that be the issue? I did all the updates it had to offer at the moment

 

Ran all the ones it’s allowing me to, says windows is up to date

 

The forum for whatever reason isn’t letting me upload a screen shot gives me again an error message won’t let me do it from my phone either

 

Also when I initially download and install the setup once’s it’s done and I try to open the game for the first time an error pops up that says.
