I think everybody has their own knowhow...
I tried mine starting with 10% then 30% then 70% 70%, then 60% for earrings
    and 30% 30% 60% 60% 60% 60% 60% for weapons.

It kinda seems like a huge risk to consistently use 70% scrolls. :\

Please give me some advices on some good ways of scrolling!

It depends a lot on what you're trying to scroll, how much the equips cost clean, how expensive your scrolls are, and what final stats you're aiming for.
I'm aiming for a 30+ int helm for my bishop for example. I could just take a 17 int helm and 60 it all the way, but 30%s are much cheaper than 60%s so I bought a handful of 30%s first. Next time I went on a run and got to loot the helms, first one I looted was 17 int clean so I 30'd it off the bat. If it had boomed, I would've been able to just loot another right then and there. But the first one failed, the second one passed- so I have a 20 int 8 slot helm. From here I'm going to 60 it, and if it turns out bad I'll do the process all over again.

My claw cost way too much and was far too rare (only 2 on the server of its kind) to consider 30ing the first slot. So I white scroll 10%'s from the very first slot- which is expensive, but safe.

sometimes rage scrolling works best xD 2-3 very good equips were a result of trying to boom them :p

My method is to scroll my dummy equips first before I scroll my primary. I'll do this as a way to analyze patterns of a success rate. Even though it's based off of irrational statistics, it'll usually work in my favor as long as I feel confident. 60/70%'s are easy to read, but 30's and 10's are tricky.

Dummy scrolling does absolutely nothing and needs to go away.

I would only use 70% SFMA (since 60% is priced ridiculously) and GFA (statistically it's worth it since attack gloves are inflated in value). I have never used a 70% weapon attack and never will.

I wouldn't even bother trying to scroll dex/luk earrings. Just buy one. For INT, 30% is way better than 60/70 so try to land as many of those as possible. I'd even 30% all 5 slots, even if one or two fail.

I could go on and on.

A "good enough" weapon until you're ready to start perfecting is 3x30 and finish with 60 (your choice on whether you want to white the 60s).

Keep in mind that the whole world isn't against you when you have a string of bad luck. Everyone has their down times so rather than pitying yourself, just keep it pushing.

As for methods, it depends on the price of the equipment and the scroll price. If you're looking for an optimally scrolled equip, you shouldn't have to resort to white scrolls or go beyond 3b.

My method which made me a rather lucky scroller is this:
Prepare some 30%, don't care if it booms even if you lose money but always have a backup, close your sound and when you put the scroll close your eyes, after you land 1-3 30% then try 1-3 70% (if the item isn't very expensive) the rest 60%. Between each 30% use 30% crap scrolls on crap items and get at least 2 booms in a row before you scroll the good item, it may not be mathematically efficient but I've made lots of good items that way.
Also opening your eyes and seeing a yellow frame on the item makes your day (until you boom some other stuff)

    Good luck!

The scrolling method which has worked best for me is the "third party scroll".

How it works is someone eles does it and I buy my crap pre-scrolled.

Yeah, I'm bad at scrolling. Hahahhaha.

    Pointless.

The success rate of a scroll is the same regardless of past successes/fails. You are literally throwing away money.
