The people lower level than you 1 hitting skeles are insane, don't compare yourself to them. Is this BS intended to purely be a skele seller or did you want to grind it to 200? Either way a realistic goal would be lvl 150-160 to 1 hit skeles. In terms of upgrading gear I'm not sure where you should start to be most cost effective as I don't know the market anymore but pick up some brown/gold/red/blue lapiz sandals if you have enough luk for them. And IMO apart from your shield and earring maybe, all your gear looks like it could go for an upgrade. (EDIT: excluding HTP/Krex Ring, they are good enough unless u can reloot for free) Good luck!
