Okay. This is my second thread about this because I've gotten as much help as "update your .wz files"...smh. My account has been (frozen?) as far as I can tell, for days now. I enter my information at login and thats as far as the client takes me. I've updated the .wz files, done the fresh install, tried a character fix, etc. I'm a Mac user. My IGN is Lmhotep, 124 Corsair. I've been playing for over a year now, am a donator, and I don't care enough to use hacking or exploits within your game. An answer/solution as to what happened to my account would be wonderful. Thank you!
if you're not even getting to the character select screen, it's much more likely an issue on your end (either isp or firewall) than anything to do with royals itself.
